Georgia R. (Hays) Perrin
Georgia R. (Hays) Perrin, 89, of Haubstadt, died at 3:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 1999, at Gibson General Hospital.
She was born October 21, 1909, in McLeansboro, a daughter of Walter M. and Mattie (Hays) Hicks. She was a homemaker and had lived in Haubstadt since 1942. She was a member of Fort Branch General Baptist Church and was active in 4-H and home economics clubs in Gibson County. She was a 1927 graduate of Bosse High School in Evansville.
The funeral was at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 1999, at Wade Funeral Home. The Rev. Pete Coble officiated; Burial was in Mount Tabor Cemetery near Haubstadt.
She is survived by one son, David Perrin of Evansville; one daughter, Georgia Wright of Fort Branch, Indiana; and two grandchildren, Laura Knudsen and James Wright.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Perrin II in 1997; a son, Charles C. Perrin III; and a brother, Donald Hays.
