William H. Suhrheinrich died March 19, 1985 at the age of 85. He was a resident of 18 Johnson Place, started working at Mead Johnson in 1938 as a sales representative in Harrisburg, Pa. From 1942 until 1946, he served in the Army Medical Administrative Corps. After his discharge he returned to Mead Johnson, working in St. Louis and Des Moines, Iowa. He spent his last 21 years aith the company in Chicago. He was a 1930 graduate of Bosse High School and a 1934 graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he won letters in track and football. He is survived by his wife, Dallas (Bower) Suhrheinrich; brother, Robert Louis Suhrheinrich; nephews, Rev. Jerry Suhrheinrich, Bob, John Hartly, Jim Rittenhouse; and nieces, Nancy H Gaunt, Jan Ryder, and Kathy Rittenhouse Cooks. |
