Raymond L. LaRoe, age 90, of Raymond L. LaRoe graduated from Ray retired in 1977 from Whirlpool, where he worked as a tool and die maker for 36 years. Raymond was an avid gardener and enjoyed making pen and pencil sets. He is survived by his daughter, Judith "Judy" Peak and husband, Chester, of Evansville; granddaughter, Paula Brinkmeyer and husband, David, of Evansville; grandson, Christopher Peak of Petersburg, Ind.; and great-grandchildren, Austin Peak, Jenna Roybal, Noah Peak and Jillian Brinkmeyer. He was preceded in death by his sister, Clarice LaRoe; first wife, Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, 5330 Washington Avenue, with Reverends Bob Johnson and Posey Gaines officiating.
