Dear Jenny and family, I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your Mother. I have such good memories of living next door to her and your Dad at 529 S. Spring. In particular I remember when we first moved there they were the first to come over and ask if there was anything they could do to help us along with coming by at Christmas time with small gifts for the girls. That meant a lot to me as a young Mother! I always had great respect for your Mom as a teacher-I'll never forget the day I invited some of the day care children from Methodist Temple over and June brought her doll collection to share with the children. The kids were fascinated and you could tell she was doing what she loved to do!! I consider it a blessing having known June (and Morgan!) and wanted you to know.
God bless you all, Gloria Bennett
