Julia Ann (Schlusemeyer) Mann

Julia Ann (Schlusemeyer) Mann, 87, former long time resident of Schaumberg, Ill., and Evansville, Ind., died Sept. 3, 2007, at Friendship Village in Schaumberg, Ill. She was born on August 15, 1920, in Evansville. Julia was a 1938 graduate of Bosse High School, former member of Bethel Temple Church, the Evansville Country Club, and the Elks Club, all in Evansville.

Surviving are a son, Richard L. Mann of Mattoon, Ill.; daughter, Cynthia J. (Gary) Andersen of Palatine, Ill.; son, Stephen F. Mann of California; grandson, Rick (Tammy) Mann; granddaughters, Shirley Mann, Samantha (Steven) Buechele, Corinne (Ben Webster) Andersen and Jaime Andersen; and great-grandchildren, Brittany and Tyler, Hannah, Connor and Abby.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur F. Mann and her sister, Jane Schlusemeyer.

Services 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 10, 2007, at the Oak Hill Cemetery Chapel, 1400 E. Virginia, Evansville, entombment in Oak Hill Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation is 10 a.m. to service time at the cemetery chapel.
