Lois M. (Brandt) Bredemeier


Lois M. (Brandt) Bredemeier, 79, of Evansville, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2006, at Trinity Nursing Home in Beaver Creek, Ohio.

Lois was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and a [1945] graduate of Bosse High School. She was employed as a Diamond Consultant with Acme Jewelers and worked for Mead Johnson Company for several years. She was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary and the Erie Canal Beagle Club.

Lois is survived by her sons, [William?] Michael Johnson of Dayton, Ohio, and Allen Bredemeier of Evansville; a stepson, Billy E. Bredemeier and a stepdaughter, Beverly J. Bredemeier, both of Winslow, Indiana; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; five step grandchildren; and five step great-grandchildren.

Lois is preceded in death by her first husband, Walter H. Bredemeier, in 1988; and her second husband [of fourteen] years, William L. Bredemeier, in 2005.

Services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 2, at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 South Hebron Avenue, with Reverend Robert Hetzel officiating. Burial will be in Tupman Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 1, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
