Lorraine Alda (Moreland) Wilson, 77, of Evansville, died Friday, March 10, 2006, at Vista Care Hospice.
Lorraine graduated from Bosse High School in 1946. She retired as an L.P.N. from St. Mary's Medical Center.
Lorraine was a member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, William R. Wilson; daughter, Candace Perry; mother and father, Guy and Lillie Moreland; sister, Lillian Goad; and son-in-law, Greg Porter.
Lorraine is survived by her sons, Terry Wilson and wife, Terri of Princeton, and Miles Wilson and wife, Kay of Chandler; daughter, Karen Porter of Evansville; granddaughters, Michelle Wilson and Eric Fisk; Lisa Kerchner and husband, Greg, Carly Perry, Yvonne James and husband, Mark; Katy Mull and husband, Ryan and Angela Winkler; grandsons, T.J. Wilson and wife, Glenda; Bryan Porter, Brandon Porter, Preston Wilson, and Jake Perry; great grandchildren, Christopher and Matthew Krulic; Laura, Megan, and Summer James; Pearson and Makayla Kerchner; Destiny and Zander Wilson; and Keaton Winkler.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2006, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Pastor Mike Bebout, with entombment at Oak Hill Mausoleum. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at Alexander East Chapel.
