Mr. Carlos M. Parman, age 83 of the Sonoraville Community (Calhoun, GA) died at 11:50 AM, Saturday, October 29 at his residence. Mr. Parman was born, October 26, 1928, in Evansville, Indiana, son of the late George and Nina Boyer Parman. He was a 1946 graduate of Bosse High School and served in the US Air Force from 1946 to 1949. He had served as a physical therapist in the Adventist Health Systems. He was a member of the Calhoun Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Carlos is survived by one son, Terre Parman and his wife, Lanette of Lakewood, Washington; two daughters, Sandy Parman and Debra Parman both of Calhoun; one brother, Bill Parman; and one sister, Wanda Gilley both of Evansville, Indiana; four grandchildren, Chris Danhan, Daniel Danhan, Michael and Andrew Parman. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday November 1st at 2pm at the Calhoun Seventh-Day Adventist Church with Pastors Robert Self, Dave Smith, and Ken Mettleider officiating. Burial will be in Gordon Memorial Gardens with Full Military Rites. Pallbearers serving include Terre Parman, Chris Danhan, Derrel Starky, Randy Coble, Hal Coble, and Zach Coble. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. |
