Marilyn Jean (Mominee) Forshee

Marilyn Jean (Mominee) Forshee, 76, died Sunday, December 4, 2005, at Heritage Center in Evansville, Indiana.

Marilyn was a member of Central United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Bosse High School. She raised exotic birds; her favorite was an African Gray named Firecracker. Jean loved dancing, needlework and spending time with her family. Marilyn was a member of the Red Hat Society.

She is preceded in death by her father, Reginald Mominee; and mother, Mary Mominee.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, Ted Allan Forshee; daughters, Renee Middleton of Evansville, Susan Mayhew of Seattle, Wash., and Melinda Smith of Phoenix, Ariz.; son, Mark Smith of Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters, Nancy Jacobs of California, Linda Nunning of Evansville, Diane Loesch of Cincinnati, Carole Higgs of Darmstadt, Ind., and Anita Felts of Newburgh; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Services 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2005, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Dr. R.R. Schwambach, burial at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may call today, December 6th, from 3 to 8 p.m., at Alexander West Chapel.

Tim,
Marilyn Jean (Mominee) Forshee was definetely in the class of 1947.  Jean was a classmate and good friend of my sister, as well as, a neighbor.
