So sorry to hear about Beverly, my prayers are with her family. Beverly worked with my mother Nora years ago. I would see Beverly every week at Klein's Beauty Shop and talk with her all the time. Also enjoyed her visits at the house on Polster Drive. Sincerely, Gayle Crowe ( Seavers) (Bluffton, SC)

Dear Uncle Pierce, John, MaryAnn & Family, I'm so sorry for your loss, I will miss Aunt Bev and will cherish the memories that I have of her. Her smile and laugh that was like a hug (even after you got one) that no one can duplicate, some memories of her and your aunt Heleena giggling like two school girls over some private joke. She always sent cards and love and let you know she cared. Aunt Bev and my son in law Michael shared the same birthday and they called each other on their special day or sent cards. They had never met but from that first call that aunt Bev made to him he knew that she was a special lady and like the rest of us he loves her too. She was just the kind of person that could literally reach out and touch someone and I think she did that to all of us. My love and prayers are with you all always. Jacki Jones (Mosinee, WI)

Pierce, So sorry for your loss. I met Beverly when I took care of her sister Direthia at the nursing home in Loogootee. She was such a wonderful and caring person. I am married to Direthia's grandson Eric. I will miss not receiving a Christmas card from her every year! Take care and God Bless! Jamie Abel (Loogootee, IN)

In times of grief, it's sweet memories of love and kindness that comfort us. Aunt Bev left us all a lot of sweet memories.
If the weather was bad, she would call to make sure you were all right. On birthdays, holidays or if you were sick she would call, send a card or gift, and often would do all three.
Sometimes she would just call because she was thinking of you and wanted to make sure you were OK. The calls were always brief, but long enough to let you know that she cared.
We all cared about her too and we'll miss her!
