Norma Lee (McGraw) Steinback, 81, of Evansville passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center.

She graduated from Bosse High School in 1948 and was a member of Nativity Catholic Church. At Nativity she was a member of the women's club and sang in the choir. Norma was also a member of the card club and Bunco clubs. She was a Den mother, librarian and was inducted into the Simon Bruté Society at Nativity. Norma volunteered as a Pink Lady at St. Mary's Medical Center. She enjoyed crafts especially oil painting and ceramics.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roger "Bob" and Viola McGraw.

Norma is survived by her husband of 63 years Joseph; sons Michael Steinback and wife Leayne of Tampa, Fl, Mark Steinback, Randall Steinback and wife Marla, and Gregory Steinback and wife Julie all of Evansville, IN; daughters Brenda Dunivan and husband Ed of Spottsville, KY, Beth Ann Buechler and husband Mark of Aurora, IL; grandchildren Shellie and Janet Davis, Justin and Amanda Steinback, Joshua Steinback, Jared Buechler, Rob and wife Tanya Steinback; great grandchildren Tyler Davis-Boyd and Garik and Totyana Steinback; brother Ernest McGraw; sister Peggy Schroer of Suwanee, GA; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2:00 - 8:00 pm Friday, October 28, 2011 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave., Evansville, IN 47714 with a memorial service at 3:00 pm. Visitation will continue from 9:30 - 10:00 am Saturday at Nativity Catholic Church, 3635 Pollack Ave., Evansville, IN 47714.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 am Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the church with Fr. Joe Ziliak officiating.

Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Nativity Catholic Church, 3635 Pollack Ave., Evansville, IN 47714 or Mesker Park Zoo in memory of Roger "Bob" McGraw, 2421 Bement Ave., Evansville, IN 47720.

The family would like to thank the staff of Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center for their kind and compassionate care of Norma.
