He attended Benjamin Bosse High School [1950], graduated from Evansville Trade School of Drafting and Design in 1950, served his country in the Navy during the Korean Conflict, and retired from a successful drafting career at Whirlpool.
He is preceded in death by his parents Russell and Mildred Tuley.
Donald is survived by the mothers of his children Triva Tuley and Patsy Tuley; children Greg Tuley (Tammy), Laurie Tuley, Bruce Tuley, Beth Tuley, Michelle Tuley and Megan Tuley; grandchildren, Alan Tuley, Daniel Welman, Dustin Welman, Christopher Tuley, Sara Tuley, Courtney Tuley and Seth Tuley; brothers Bill, Jerry and Tom Tuley.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Research Institute.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Southern Hospice Care for their loving care.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 5, 2010 from 3 to 4 p.m. with a Memorial service to follow at 4 p.m. at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave., Evansville, IN 47714. Officiating the service will be Rev. Rick Riley.
