Emma was born March 21, 1932 in East St. Louis, Illinois. She was a 1950 graduate of Bosse High School and graduated from Evansville College in 1954. Emma worked for 22 years as a Laboratory Technologist at the State Hospital. She enjoyed animals, flower gardening and reading.
Emma is survived by: Her son, James H. Beach Jr. of Newburgh, IN, daughter, Virginia Lee Beach of Evansville, IN, sister, Lavern Grimm and her husband, Bill of Evansville, IN, several nieces and nephews.
Emma is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, James Beach in 2000, a daughter, Rebecca Anne Beach in 1960, and her parents, Gus and Leona Wolzenski.
Friends may visit from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave. Evansville, Indiana. There will be no funeral services at Browning Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to your charity of choice or Vanderburgh Humane Society, P.O. Box 6711, Evansville, IN 47719.

To the Beach family -- When I worked for Alvey Scott GMC, Jim Beach was with Liberty Auto Salvage. Whether of not you are the same Jim Beach, I wish to extend my sympathy. I know EXACTLY how to pray for you, having buried my own sweet Wife on Monday. God bless,
