Don Pellow came to Plaza Park when I was in the fourth grade. I was among his first students. I and every other kid liked him immediately. He was the first teacher I'd ever met who was FUN. I loved him dearly. I was saddened to see that he's no longer with us.

I was a student at Harper from 3rd- 5th grade (1984-1987). Mr. Pellow was more than my physical education teacher, he was a good person. I have fond memories of him. My prayers are with the family during this difficult time. God Bless you all!

My condolences to the family. Mr. Pellow was the best Gym teacher and an excellent Speech teacher. He taught us all so many different things as well as how we should be conducting ourselves. His old radio shows were awesome. Still remember listening to "The Shadow". He was one of the best.

I was a student at Harper when I was a little girl. He was such a sweet man and so good to his students. I waited on him some time ago and nothing has changed. God bless you Mr. Pellow, may you rest in peace.

Mr. Pellow was such a wonderful teacher! We would love it when he would bring his old radio show tapes. He provided some of my favorite memories at Plaza Park. He will be missed.
