Ted was probably the most conscientious person I’ve ever worked with. We worked together for over 20 years, from the field office of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge to multiple Tallahassee firms. He was an exceptional technician... and an exceptionally hard worker. They don't make them like Ted anymore... Miss ya, Alan Shoemaker (Tallahassee, FL)

All though Ted and I did not always see eye to eye on things, I respected him as person of integrity and honesty. Ted will be missed. Thomas Shifflett (Tallahassee, FL)

Ted was a quiet, loyal and dedicated man but the thing I admired most about him was that he was a true gentleman first and foremost. My thoughts and prayers to his wife and family. Gina Haffner (Tallahassee, FL)
