Janice Faye (Campbell) Myers, 66, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010, at her home. She was born December 10, 1944, in Tell City, IN.

Janice loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a 1963 graduate of Bosse High School.

She is survived by her son, Donald Wayne Myers, Jr.; son, Neal Keith Myers (Michelle); grandchildren, Samantha Michelle Myers and Jake Evan Myers; sisters, Pat Fletcher and Barbara Barnes (Dennis); brother, Jeff Campbell (Joanna); and her dog, Fluffy.

Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at Alexander East Chapel with burial at Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Vista Care Hospice, 323 Metro Avenue, Evansville, IN 47715 or Alcoholics Anonymous, 123 NW 4th, Evansville, IN 47708.

To the Myers family, I was saddened to hear of the passing of Janice, we didn't see each other often but it was always good to talk to her mostly on Don's whereabouts.

Janice was a classy and beautiful person. she overcame trials in her life and lived it as an example after those trials. she was a support and inspiration to me during my time of trials. She will be greatly missed.

Janice was an inspiration and good role model for many at Old Stone. She also pampered her pooch. I always got a laugh seeing her dog curled up in the front seat of her car in hot weather - with the car on, and A/C blasting to keep Fluffy cool while Janice attended her meeting.
