Dale Wayne Harris, formerly of Evansville , died Saturday, June 26, 2004 , at his home in New Bern , North Carolina .  Dale was a 1973 graduate of Benjamin Bosse High School .  He was an employee of Tredegar Film Products of New Bern, N.C. for 14 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dean A. Harris.

Dale is survived by his mother, Joan Torstrick and husband, William Sr; brothers, Ricky Lee, Dennis Leroy and wife, Lori Ann, Albert Eugene and wife, Jessica; sister, Susan Marie Harris; nieces, Shawna and Amanda Moran, and Laura and Stacey Owings; nephews, Billy Dean Harris and Hunter Alexander Harris Adams; great-nieces, Ivy Marie Lee Moran and Lily Minett Owings.

Services will be held 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 3, 2004 at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Reverend Kenion Coleman and Reverend Leslie Pulley, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call today, July 2, 2004 , from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, July 3, from 12 noon to service time at Alexander East Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (C.C.F.A.).Condolences may be made online at www.mem.com.  Arrangements by Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue , (812) 476-1351.
