Peggy J. (McClure) Barnes, 52, of Evansville passed away Saturday, May 8, 2010, at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born October 12, 1957, in Vincennes, Ind.

She was a 1975 graduate of Bosse High School and a longtime employee of Fountain Industries and PPG. She loved animals.

She is survived by her mother, Sharon McClure of Evansville; sons, Gary (Elizabeth) Barnes of Virginia, Nathan Barnes of Greenville, Ind., N and Quentin Barnes of Evansville; six grandchildren; brother, Dennis (Angie) McClure of Chandler; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Robert Nall, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
