Tony Negron


Tony Negron, 39, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, August 12, 2006, at Brentwood Convalescent Home. He was born in New York City on August 1, 1967.

Tony graduated from Bosse High School in 1986. He worked for the Hadi Shriners. He was a wonderful artist, loving father, and a wonderful son.

We gratefully wish to thank all the nurses, aides, and all the staff for the wonderful care of Tony and his family in our time of need. You were his guardian angels while he was here. 

Tony leaves behind his loving fiancee, Shelly Smith of Evansville; son, Shane Negron; daughters, Amanda, Ashley, and Brittney Mummaw of Pennsylvania; parents, Janis and Michael French of Evansville and Jose and Mary Ann Negron of Pennsylvania; two brothers, Joseph Negron and wife, Heather, and Michael Negron and wife, Pam, of Evansville; grandmothers, Maria Negron of N.J., and Marlene Barnes of Evansville; nieces and nephews, Nico and Cecily Negron of Kentucky, Dylan and Bailey Negron, Justin Neaveill, Brittney Sawyer, Joseph and Tyler Johnson, all of Evansville; aunts and uncles of the Negron family in N.Y., the Barnes family in Ind., N.Y., Tenn. and Fla., the French family in Ind., Ky. and Okla.; cousins in Ind., Pa., N.Y., N.J., Okla. and Ky. and many friends.

Services 9 a.m. Thursday, August 17, 2006, at Alexander Park Lawn, 1526 S. Green River Road, Evansville, Ind., officiated by Reverend Delbert Bryant, with burial at Alexander Park Lawn. Friends may visit Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Alexander West Chapel.
