Sheena Alexandrea Sandage

Sheena Alexandrea Sandage, 28, of Evansville , Ind. , passed away Friday, April 22, 2005 , at her residence.

Sheena was a 1994 graduate of Bosse High School , where she played on the soccer team. She was employed with Lee's Famous Recipe.

Sheena was a student at Ivy Tech, studying business. She was a proud mother of three children, and her children were the center of her life. She was very active in her children's school activities and enjoyed spending days at the park with them and having birthday celebrations at Chuck E. Cheese's. Sheena enjoyed shopping, dancing and music.

Sheena is survived by her children, MeKiah Sandage-Shofner, Daelynn Sandage-Shofner and Jaicyona Sandage-Shofner; her mother, Christine Sandage, Evansville, Ind.; sisters, Della Sandage, Evansville, Ind., and Samantha Sandage, Evansville, Ind.; the father of her children, Arthur Shofner, Evansville, Ind.; aunts, Linda Walton, Queens, N.Y., Crystal Johnson, Evansville, Ind., and Judy Ross, Evansville, Ind.; uncles, Murl Simpson, Perryopolis, Pa., and John Simpson, Owensboro, Ky.; her children's grandparents, Frank and Sylvia Shofner and Virgie Shofner; and her children's great-grandfather, Frank Shofner, all of Evansville, Ind.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 25, 2005 , at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave. , with the Rev. Anthony Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Badger Cemetery near Tell City , Indiana .
