Breyonda "Bre Bre" Nicole Thacker age 23 went home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2011. She was a member of the NIA dancers. She graduated from Bosse High School in the Class of 2006, and was on their basketball team. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.

Surviving are her parents Bertha Hardin and Demarco Thacker, two sisters, Paris Farrow and Dyamond Hardin; grandparents, Jeremiah Thacker (Milli), Virginia Hardin, Kathy Grimes, who played an important role in raising her; and a host of great-aunts, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 14, 2011, at Liberty Baptist Church, the Rev. Todd Robertson officiating, with visitation January 13, 2011, at Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m., burial in Oakhill Cemetery. Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel, 1001 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, IN 47714 is in charge of arrangements.

I was just reminiscing about all the fun we shared and the little adventures we had. And looking at pictures we took at Gwen's house and Kentucky Kingdom. Brittany,. Breyonda, Ki Ki, and Tiffany, you guys will always be my girls. My sincerest condolences to Kathy, Bre Bre's mom and dad and everyone else who knew and loved her. Rest in Peace Breyonda.

Breyonda you were like a sister to me and you will forever be in my heart. We shared some great memories.....me and you together have been through it all but we are survivors. May God bless and comfort your family as you recover. I was sadden to hear; that I'll call her one of my babies, went on home to be with the lord. Although heaven is the better place. I will definitely miss Breyonda, she had an inspiration that nobody else I can think of had. She was always smiling, laughing, full of jolly, and could light up any place. That's what she did when she came to my house, we always enjoyed her. Breyonda hung around my two son's, Arthur and Renard and the rest of their friends. Breyouda was the only girl in the bunch I'd look up and here they'd come. I'd start in on all of them with the word of God. One of my greatest joy's though. was to know and hear that she was in church. Thank you very much. This means a lot to me. I know this is long, but shes one person that will stay on my heart for a long time. When you find people with a good heart, more than two words have to be spoken. To The Family, with God and he will stay with you.
