Marian F. Duvall, 84, of Evansville, passed away Monday, Nov. 6, 2006, at VNA Charlier Hospice Center.
Marian was a teacher at North High School for 30 years, retiring in 1986. She began her career teaching handicap children. She briefly taught at Central and Reitz High Schools. She was a [1940?] graduate of Bosse High School. Marian received her bachelor's degree from the University of Evansville and her master's from Indiana University. She was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She enjoyed swimming and dancing.
Marian is survived by her son, Charles Duvall of Evansville; grandchildren, Jennifer A. Duvall and Aimee M. Leslie; great-grandchildren, Logan Lawson, Andrew Duvall and Brayden Leslie. Also surviving are nieces, Elizabeth Feldkamp of Portland, Oregon, and Polly Dossett of Evansville; and a nephew, Stephen Fickas of Evansville.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel,
800 S. Hebron Ave. Visitation will be on Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 2 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in
