Beverly Sue (English) Garrett

Beverly Sue Garrett, 70, of Evansville , Ind. , passed away, Monday, July 19, 2004 , at Deaconess Hospital .  She attended Bosse High School .  Beverly worked at Delta Match Company for seven years in New Orleans , La. , and was apartment manager for Castlewood Apartments.  She attended Metro Christian Church and Simpson United Methodist Church .

She was an avid BINGO player and played the piano by ear.

Beverly is survived by her husband, Marion Garrett, Evansville, Ind.; daughter, Becky Ann Brown and her husband, Rick, Evansville, Ind.; sons, Dan Garrett and his wife, Lisa, Evansville, Ind., Tommy Garrett and his wife, Martha, Evansville, Ind., Ron Garrett and his wife, Jan, Evansville, Ind., and Buddy Higgins and his wife, Angela, Evansville, Ind.; stepson, Rodney Garrett and his wife, Betsy, of Evansville, Ind.; sister, Jennie Mitchell, Waveland, Miss.; brothers, R.C. English, Bay St. Louis, Miss., and Gerald Trautvetter, Evansville, Ind.; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Beverly was preceded in death by her son, Michael, in 1967, and a brother, Ralph English.

Funeral services are planned for noon Thursday, July 22, 2004 , at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave. , with Pastor Ken Raymes officiating. Burial will be held in Tupman Cemetery .

Friends may call from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2004 , at Browning Funeral Home.
