Adell Callie (Hammers) Heironimus, 94, of New Baden, Illinois, formerly of Evansville, passed away Monday, December 19, 2005, at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese, Illinois. Adell was born on December 21, 1910, in Niagara, Kentucky, to Harrison and Grace Florence (Wingfield) Hammers. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 50 years, Wayne Heironimus, who died October 16, 1992. Adell was a graduate of Bosse High School and Lockyear College. She was a member of St. James East United Methodist Church for over 50 years, a 27 year member of Bunko Club, F.O.P. Auxiliary for several years, D.A.V. Auxiliary, and the A.A.R.P. She worked earlier in her life at W.T. Grant Dept. Store as a clerk. Adell is survived by one daughter, Bonnie Kline of Lebanon, Illinois, one son, Donald Rideout of Belleville, Illinois, five grandchildren; Sheryl Schwahn, Donald Bowman, Terry Gish, Clay Gish, and Wayne Rideout, 10 great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, December 23, 2005, at Titzer Family Funeral Home/Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville, Indiana, with the Reverend Robert Vester officiating. Entombment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in the Chapel of Remembrance. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2005, at the Titzer Family Funeral Home/Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville.
