Frieda McCoy-Turner, 73, of Evansville, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2007, at Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center.
Frieda was a graduate of Bosse High School and a member of Oak Hill Christian Church. She was the Quality Assurance Manager with Sage Products in Crystal Lake, Illinois, for eight years and an Executive Manager with Ekco Products for 21 years.
Frieda is survived by her daughters, Linda Nottoli of St. Louis, Missouri, Katherine Hartmann and her husband, Wayne, of Evansville, and Susan Bounds and her husband, Rick, of Woodstock, Illinois; and a son, Michael Wolford and his wife, Sylvia, of Waynesville, Missouri. Also surviving are her sisters, Barbara and Joanna McCoy; grandchildren, Tanya, Brian, Denice, Wayne, Samantha, Christopher, Tommy, Keith, Ricky and Sandi; and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Turner; a son, Willard R. Seaton Jr.; a brother, Bobby Gene McCoy Sr.; and her parents, Lee and Elizabeth (Byrley) McCoy.
Services 1 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Avenue, with Reverend Randy Hopkins officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
