Timothy Williams, age 38, of Evansville , died Saturday, September 4, 2004 at St. Mary's Medical Center .

He had been employed at PPG Industries as a fork truck operator. He had attended Bosse High School .

Surviving is his wife of six years, Cheryl (Lokey) Williams; daughters, Jessica and Sierra Williams; his sister, Kimber Auten of Lowell , Indiana ; his mother, Dee Williams, and his father, Lloyd Williams, both of Evansville .

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Maurice Melton officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Mausoleum.

Friends may visit from two until eight p.m. Tuesday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin St. , 423-6471.
